in it's entirety Monday thru Sunday. This rental will include all common areas,
as well as all the guest rooms as shown below:

Occupancy
The number of people occupying the Inn shall not exceed that listed on the reservation form.
Due to Fire code regulations, there are only a limited amount of guests per room.
Check-in/out
Check-in: after 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
If arriving later than check-in time, please notify us before your arrival.

Minimum Stay
Two-night minimum stay is required on weekends(Friday and Saturday nights)
during the Fall Season, holidays, and special events. If in doubt, please call to inquire about single-night stays.

Cancellations / No Show
Due to the size of our Inn, cancellations and no-shows affect us significantly. We understand that sometimes plans must be changed.
For this reason, we will gladly apply your deposit to a new date or issue a refund if cancellation is made ten days before the date of arrival.
If cancellation is made less than seven days before the arrival date, a full refund will be provided ONLY if the Inn is re-booked for the date of your reservation.
However, if the date of your reservation (No Show), you will be charged the entire scheduled stay. No Refunds will be made for early departures. We suggest travel insurance to insure your trip in the event of an unexpected cancellation. Smoking Policy
No smoking is allowed of any kind inside the Inn. It is state law in Illinois as of January 2007. A
minimum $100.00 fee will automatically be assessed for smoking inside the Inn. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Pets
Pets are not allowed due to the fact that other guest have allergies.
Responsibility of Guests
You are responsible for all items in the Inn and on the grounds. This includes anything lost , stolen or damaged during your stay.
Important Information: We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damage to personal property or vehicles or loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Damages
We reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of $250 for any damages to the Inn or property that is taken that belongs to the Inn.
We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave for any unruly or disruptive behavior.
